Want to move on fresh SMF 2.0.2 from 1.1.16 - Please Help!

Sure, if you are well versed in MySQL.  You might take the pertinent parts of the upgrade script and extract the information that you need for updating the database, but that is what the update script does.  It updates the entire database.
