the problem is i don't know how to use this plugin www.custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=3008

please tell me where i hav to upload it and use it

Have a read of this article, Package Manager.
You need to upload the mod via the package manager within SMF.

Kindred:
and second of all, you should be using SMF 2.0.2, not 2.0.1

(and incidentally, wordpress 3.4.1)
