If you don't have it there take it from an install or upgrade package (decompress the package, take the file and upload it through ftp to the correct path.

main_block.png file is available in the directory. but my problem not resolved.

Do you use the default theme? The theme that is normally shown to guests looks fine (and IMHO better than the default theme)
