facebook app for integration?

Hey guys ! So as the topic says I'm wondering how to make a facebook app to integrate my smf forum, so users can login and register via fb. I checked with the Mods thread. Thats the link to the mod. If anyone of you could help me out that would be great. ANY help is greatly appreciated.
