After completion of registration form when user try to Register blank screen open and user did'nt register. Following error is showing in error log file. kindly help me as soon as possible.

I think you have some mod installed which is not working properly or its file is missing. Show us list of mod so that we can suggest you..

I think you have to manually remove code related to botscout mod as its not in the list so it can't be just removed from DB. And after that if you need it again, you can install it properly. See this http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Manual_installation_of_mods , it can also help you to remove mod manually.

I ALREADY UNISTALL THIS MOD AND REMOVED IT FROM MY DB. Can you tell me how to unistall the mod remaining files. I think this is mod error. Now following error is showing .
