reply button when banned

when a user is banned from posting, they can still see reply buttons in the "ten most recent posts on this forum".  They obviously can't post, but it seems like a bug to me.

Old. Update it.

If this is not solved by making sure your Recent template is up to date, Beta 6 should probably fix it.
