Remove collapsible area in 2.0.2

Hi guys I have 2 forums and would like to remove the collapsible area at the top on both forums. I have tiny portal installed so the user log in area will be added as a block.

just to be clear on what I need - Everything in the collapsible area including user details, search box and welcome area

any help would be much appreciated
