Ignore Boards
mrbig:
I have just installed v 2.1.1
Just like mgrmgr (post 108) it's on 1.1.16 - only mod is Custom Profile Field Mod
I also get the same error
8: Undefined index: selected
File: .../forum/Themes/default/Profile-Ignore.template.php (ignoreBoards sub template - eval?)
Line: 72
the settings are not retained when a board is selected to ignore.
is there something I've missed?

well - for me that error is gone, but now (or have I overlooked that one earlier in the wave of forumm errors?) i get a new one:
8: Undefined variable: settings
File: [...]/forum/Themes/default/Profile-Ignore.template.php (ignoreBoards sub template - eval?)
Line: 27

same here - I don't believe you have missed something, the template file is copied completely during install.
BTW: @live627: many thanks for your quick reaction.
mrbig:
Is there an update on this issue?
Would appreciate any input.

Well, me too :( the settings error (undefined variable) is easily cured: in the template file just find the "global" directive and expand the line with ", $settings;", the already existing ; at the end of that line has to be removed of course.
As to the empty selection boxes: I have manually set the database field with a pre-selection of some boards. The checkboxes occur marked just fine. Just by saving the profile leaves the database field empty, regardless what you change in the screen (also changing nothing leads to the same empty database field) :'(
Alas I don't have the time to dig deeper in the process and debug that problem - I just have around an hour per day and no experience with the profile processing :( .
mrbig:
thanks for the reply !
I'll probably make the push to SMF2 soon anyway so will put this on the back-burner
