Trash files in Forum base directory

No mods actually.. stock.

Since these are apparently misplaced cache files with entirely corrupted filenames (maybe how they got in the base directory) at least we know it doesn't appear to be a security issue, which is what I was most concerned about. Like I said, I've seen them for years. I'd periodically rename my Forum folder and start fresh to get rid of them (yea, I could have contacted the host too, but..).

I feel that such misplaced files with such strange names could come from some windows problem...
I think I've already seen around on one of my (home) computers something like that, but I don't remember exactly where and when.
