Does it happen right away? Also what mods do you have?

It appears a bit random when it happens but it was under that page last. It was a clean install, no mods bar tiny portal. It only ever happens in admin though. Ive just rechecked and its gone again but ill note its appearences and url when it reappears.

Hallo i wass wondering, is it okay if i make some more color options for the theme? like blue, grren, yellow, dark, and so on and so forth?
