How do I link my homepage (wordpress) from the SimpleMachines Forum?

Thanks for this, I got it working now! Great addition, cheers again :) However what I'm looking for is for my forums to be linked with my homepage for example in my forums you see 'home, help,search,My messages, members, etc. if I clicked 'HOME' it would go to mysite.com.

There is also the choice of using one of the custom button mods by Johnccccc

Yeah but that doesn't rename the Home button to Forum.
