SSI Poll Stuff

Just curious as to why the poll functions in SSI don't actually register your vote... I think they should do the following:

If you're a guest, just show the results
If you're a member and haven't voted, allow you to vote (and actually register your vote) and then show you the results
If you're a member and have voted, just show the results

I think it should also include some sort of a link to the topic that the poll is in so you can get more info and/or comment on the poll...

Usually if they don't register your vote this means there are configuration problems with SSI.php.  I have tested it and it works fine for me.
