How did you install the forum?

When I was making forum, as there is free we have offered to install SMF

You cannot add new languages or new things. One of the downsides to using a free host like SMFnew is the number of things they've modified and limited on their server.

If you want to install new languages or new things you will have to find another host and install it yourself.

And can you tell if someone on the free host is the ability to install and that is to?
