Error Log filling up

I register a new account on my site and got this message after i need it

Wrong value type sent to the database. Integer expected.

not sure what it is

Yeah I've yet to find a definitive solution to the Duplicate Entry errors.  As I don't understand how they develop, I'm under the understanding that they are a duplicate value in the messages table.  Search for that values it is perceiving as duplicate and delete/modifying the value would be the solution.  Or so I think.
