This bug has caused a lot of problems on my boards as along with the nesting issues already mentioned, you also cannot put a simple codebox inside a table.  My forum has scoreboads that need that ability so for us it's a right pain in the arse. 

Hope it gets looked at soon or someone creates a tabular tag that gets round the glitch.
