Ad Banners caused flood of popunders and unasked for links.........

Thats OK, I wouldnt have found the way without you suggesting it  :)
I will...............They seem to be a genuine enough outfit. I have a freind who introduced me and I have a small (VERY, toe in the water thing) investment with them, the only problem I see so far is that the investment seems to grow too fast   ??? (suspiciously fast)
Putting banners on my site was as a way to help the investment grow
BUT
the practise of using that popunder bit of script doesnt bode well for thier ethics and long term viability.

anyway I'll update this when I have news................

Ta, mate!

I did a bit of research, myself, too. Seems that one or two have had to wait an inordinate length of time for payment, at times.

That kinda stuff happens, though, ay?

Good luck with them!

iain sherriff:
update.

I put in a support ticket which got the response that "the issue was being escalated"

so far I have heard nothing more  ::)

The banners are working fine and are becoming more content specific slowly.
Have put in another High Priority ticket

K@:
I had a look around and it seems that they don't, exactly, rush things, whatever they're doing.

Best of luck!

iain sherriff:
another update.

I have had no issues with the banners since altering the code.
Neither have I had an answer from BB as to what their thoughts are on my having altered it.
I cant tell the results of running the banners until the end of a month, which is a few days away yet.

I can say that there is a UK call center/support unit starting up soon as a response to slow ticket answers with the present setup.
I continue to be astounded at the growth shown in the panel system but remain non commital still for a bit  8)
