Take Away Name changing abilitie for regular membergroups

is it possible to take away the abilitie to change your username for all membergroups admin and Moderators? (and my "Legend" membergroup) i wanna take the abilitie away from every other membergroup i have

Not for admins, but you can allow deny permissions in the permissions settings, denying the permission will remove the ability for everyone except admins.

Do you mean the "Allow users to edit their displayed name" in Configuration > General ?
