Emoticons wont show up

This is what my site is doing. I'm using godaddy to install it.

Oldiesmann:
Go to Admin -> Forum -> Smileys and Smiley Sets -> Settings

Make sure the "Base URL to all Smileys" is correct.

What is supposed to say? I a n00b at this.

You need to verify the integrity of the path. Is that the directory path in which the smilies are located at? Take a look at your FTP.
