Forum Stats require Authentication

New to this forum, sorry first post is asking for help.
I've run into a situation that I can't figure out.  The forum stats are not available on my site (torc4x4.org).

When the Statistics, Stats, or [more stats] links are clicked, the following dialog box comes up:



Even as the site admin, I can't get any user name or password to work.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you running a mod such as Pretty URLs or any other rewrite mod?

Sometimes the web site stats for some host are in a folder called "/stats/". If you use a mod like Pretty Urls and have a folder called stats it may be redirecting you to the stats folder. All you have to do is disable the rewrite mod for that action.
