Forum Lagging Really Hard. Please Help!

Alright so my forum is lagging very bad. I've tried optimizing the databases, disabling error and admin logging, pruning many things, using the repair_settings.php method, EVERYTHING. I don't see how it could be lagging so hard because i'm on a VPS with, 1TB Bandwidth,
25Gigs Raid-10 HDD's, 1gig Ram, 100mbps port speed.

My forum takes a god-awfull amount of time to load. 15secs or so usually. Sometimes it will load instantly other times it will not. My host mentioned something about my SQL DB. Please help. evolution-css.com
