[BUG] Packages not installing properly

Room11:
Well - I just got a new copy of SMF beta 5 and didi the converted thing from Invision ;D

That worked - but there were minor problems with child boards, moderators, posts and avatars - nothing I couldn't fix. Any way - when I finally reordered my forums and moved the topics I wanted to install some packages...

It didnt work as well as it should have done. Here are the screenies:

I have no idea what is causing this error - and the files needed are CHMOD'ed to 666
