Depending on the hosting you have(if its an overseller) then this could be your issue or if you forum was being hammered by bots/crawlers it may account for the temporary slowdown.

Does your host offer unlimited services? If so then as ziycon mentioned, it will be overseller having websites more then a server can bear = slow systems

I don't think it's a hosting thing since I can log onto my home and it loads fast www.zonablanquiazul.com [nofollow] , the problem is just affecting the forum.

Another thing could be the bots/crawlers you mentioned, we've been receiving massive number of "new users" that we have to block because they jump the captcha security with no problem. Of course we have turned on the manual approval of the new accounts but we could had passed some extrange accounts into our forum by mistake.... I'll check on that to see if any undesirable is lowing us down...

Oh, BTW, forum has slow down again and sometimes it gets fixed automatically....

In my not professional point of view the reason is this : secure-uk.imrworldwide.com  . When I tried to open your website I had to wait it soooo long.

We don't have any uk.imrworldwide.... this link is in the rest of the web not inside the forum.....

I have no idea why this is happening.... I definitely disregard the hosting thing since the rest of the web is doing Ok, there's got to be something within the forum that's causing the problem.....

Any other solution?
