Removing "On" From Time Stamp

In my photo, you see the word "on" my arrow points to?



How do I remove that word, so it just states the time and date alone? Thanks.

See how the word "today" is bold? How do I make it normal weight? I managed to eliminate the <strong> tag for the "last post" phrase, but I can't find it for the time piece.

The easiest way? Try CSS. font-weight: normal; on a span surrounding the variable.
