Image resize - open in new window?

Hello,

I have enabled image resize feature in SMF 2.0.2 , so bigger images are fitted in the browser window. However, when clicked, they are showed in actual size with scroll bars like here: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=477832.0. Is there some option to force images to be opened in new browser window/tab?

Does the Highslide mod do that?

I seem to remember that it does...

I may be wrong, though. ;)

Highslide is something more advanced and shiny. I need just opening of the image in new browser window or tab. I know that this is possible for SMF 1.1.x, but don't know why it is not working in the same way in 2.0.x.

Well, you can do that, without any hassles, by clicking the image with your mouse wheel, if that helps any.

Clicking with mouse wheel does not open the image in new window/tab, at least in my browser.
