Cache Plugin!

Hi everybody!
I'm helping a friend on his forum with SFM2 and he has a problem with it.
The problem is that the server suspend him because sfm make too much queries. I think maybe it is because of the shoutbox.
But I would like to know if exist a cache plugin.

SMF 2.x does have a cache system.
Not sure whether the shoutbox is written to take advantage of that though.

Generally the problem with them is that they update themselves every 10 seconds or less.

If you change it to update less often, it will use less queries.
