Why can i see and access the edit tabs ????

I'm not going to edit here but if I can see others these and edit others must be able too  ???

Its called a wiki :)  Its made for public contributions.

If someone messes up we can restore the page to it's state before the edit with a simple mouseclick :)

Understand but full edit control? ....someone could go in delete or add incorrect info?
