I don't know. I'm still a fairly new site owner so I'm still learning all of this stuff. But I didnt save anything to my hosting service.

You will have to contact your host and ask them.

well i contacted the person who installed the script and my host. Well now I just have to wait for them to contact me back which will take 2 or 3 days :/.

If I always had to wait 2-3 days for my host to reply I would find a new host.
