Help Me Copy This Website

I'm planning on making a website similar to this one. Any help on which plugins/themes/templates were used to make it work would be helpful. I'm just starting.

First off the sites is obviously using a wordpress and SMF integration. Which integration plugin is being used?

Secondly, it's obviously using a  modified wordpress theme. I recognize some of it. Which one is it?

How do I integrate the forum into the wordpress template?

I will be searching for these answers right now as I set everything up. I took a break from web developement and probably used to know most of this.
