Is there a "personal page" mod for SMF?

(I apologize if this post isn't in the correct board; this seemed like the most applicable one I could find.)

I  searched the mod packages section but didn't find anything that looked like what I need.

What I'm looking for is a mod that allows users to have their own bit of web space, sort of a "personal homepage builder" where they can create their own page or mini-site. Is there anything like this available?
