Calendar not to display age

Except that isn't what you've just asked for. You've just asked for it to be a preference in the user profile, something completely different.
I hope you figure out what it is you actually want and that someone is patient enough to figure it out for you.

After talking to you I was able to understand what I asked for is not what I really wanted nor what I should have ask for. So your right I did change my direction for some thing simple that would work. I now understand that I should have asked for a simple check box in the calendar settings that will hide the age of all the users on the calendar.
