Error Installing at Last Stages

Hello,

I keep getting an error after I finish creating an admin account via the installation wizard.  The following error comes up:

Hi, welcome to SMF. :)

Make sure that Errors.php is in the Sources directory. It seems to be missing.

Marking this as unsolved. That button can be confusing. ::)
