Yes it's quite easy.

Just do as normal for your primary membergroup stars.  Then create a 'dummy' membergroup with no permissions to hold your 'staff' icons.  Then with that mod installed (link above), you assign your key personnel with the 'dummy' groups as secondary groups and it should now display them in various areas.

Well that 'staff' title doesn't appear to be plain text but part of the staff icon.  But either way it could be easily incorporated into the icon itself.
