How to display category in title site??

What about {board_name}? It's not the same thing?

I don't think so. You only have to choose:
Possible variables: {board_name} — board name, {topic_name} — topic subject, {#} — current page number, {forum_name} — your forum name.

I know what you mean I think in the old days smf had clickable category(board) links and you may have been able to get titles from that(or from a board id). This has been on here for two weeks now, if there was a solution you would have heard about it by now.
