Du you remember 9-11?

Where were you when the planes hit WTC at 8.50 and 9.10 (EST), 15.50 and 16.10 (CET)?
And what are your opinions since that day?

Tony Reid:
I was in London, up a ladder checking out a fibre optic route - when I got the call about the first plane, then a little later I got another call about the second plane :( and an then I was told about another plane hitting a government building(pentagon?)

I remember thinking that this was a sad start of a war :(

From a Brit to America!

I would just like to do a rememberance to those whose lives were lost on this day - to all those innocent people from around the globe in and around the twin towers and to all the emergency services who fought to save lives and who also lost there own lives in saving others.

May you always be remembered

Aquilo:
my wife got me up saying that one plane had hit the twin towers and since she is a sinical person I didn't pay here any mind till she turned up the TV.  and I spent the day watching the news and trying to call my family in New Jersey.

and then latter that day I started a new job scared because my uncle worked a block away
and you could not call new Jersey to see if we was working or not, but later I found he left New York 30min before.

yes I remembered! :(

I will prey today for the families that lost someone and that those that lost there life found which ever god(s) they held faith in and are in a beautifully place!

Yeah i remember it..

I was sat in the same room am I now, at work. If we hadnt moved this room around 2 days ago i'd be sat in the exact same spot.

Opinions.. I'm still amazed that bin laden hasnt been caught..   oh and although unrelated saddam too.

alienine:
I remeber the day vividly... our whole family was watching bbc, cnn, abc and just about every other news channel on cable (here in Australia)... the whole thing was numbingly shocking, I've never seen anything like this happen, the confusion and the destruction of human life.

Couldn't sleep that night...

My opinion is simple, something like this should never be forgotten.
