Reply page broken in IE9

One of my users just told me that the Reply mode/page is completely broken in IE9. I have done some poking around and I am kind of baffled as to why this is happening.

Some info..

- Bug is only present in Reply mode. There are no issues to be found when creating new threads.
- It is only broken in IE9 and presumably older versions of IE. Works perfectly fine in Opera, Chrome, Firefox.
- It is not a theme issue, as this bug can be found in all of my themes including SMF Default.
- Site is normally centered, but in Reply mode it is aligned to the left and menus are all over the place.

Any tips, guys?

I have included screenshots of Reply mode and New Thread mode below. I have censored name with red bars btw, do not want visitors atm.

Perfectly fine here. Just testing it now in IE9. What have you done to your site? Any mods installed? Any theme changes made?

Shambles:
You seem to have other issues too, including your smiley paths (first screenshot).

Ashelia:
Smiley issue is only temporary as I'm making some new ones, and I have not touched the default theme.

Mods installed:

- Simple Audio Video Embedder
- Simple Spoiler Tag
- Custom Buttons/tabs
- Pretty URLs

Shambles:
Long shot, but have you tried turning on Compatibility View in IE9?
