I am moving my own MyBB forum to SMF, but there is no Converter for SMF 2.2?

You're right, there isn't!

No idea why, I'm afraid. :(

If you convert to v2 and upgrade to 2.0.2, it won't be terribly difficult (The upgrade), honest! :)
