Help! How can i transfer my members and topics from IPB 2.0 to this 1

Hey! I would like to know exactly how i can tranfer my databse (Just the topics and members from my old IPB 2.0 to Simple machines new forum! is that possible? if so please tell me how? like what to upload, where i gotta upload it at? Etc!

Owdy:
Install fresh install of SMF in same database with your IPB. Use prefix like smf_, it makes your life easyer. After that, upload converter to your SMF root and run it.

hey i mean. my IPB! in longer beeing hosted but i saved all my files and the Mysql Database of it. its 122 MB big!  and i installed Simple machines on my new host!  I jus want to take my members and topics from my old forum to my new host (the one with simple machines is installed at ), Is there a way i can do that! I got cpanel also for my new host! please tell me

I'm afraid you'll need to install Invision, or at least upload the database, for the conversion to run.
