Newbie Seeking Features and Themes Suggestions

An FYI for ya.

I have used SP for 3 years and only started using the pages earlier this year.

Runic:
for what its worth it doesnt matter if your forum is in a subdomain or folder, aslong as your wordpress and smf are in same db  (using dif prefix)

Also for themes you can assign specific themes to specific boards also restrict who can change there theme.
