Your best bet would probably to re-post this in the help wanted board -- and possibly offer payment.

You'd also have to specify WHICH application was to be the primary interface.
Is the forum primary and just has to link to oxwall or is oxwall primary and the forum has to follow any instructions or changes from oxwall...

It might be tough, since they seem to have plugins, but no real, documented API.
