Can you explain what exactly you are trying to do, I am still not completely sure what you want to achieve, more explanation of your need will be helpful.
However, if you want to go to mysql from sql lite, you have to create mysql db, convert sqllite data to mysql then give proper mysql connection credentials.

You are not supposed to share passwords online , however, your information is not helpful at all. You have to make sure you have right credential, by seeing them here we can't figure out if they are valid or not.

i tried installing a new forum on my domain. It ask me for my database details and i wrote them correctly then it said
!! Critical Error!
Cannot connect to the database server with the supplied data.
If you are not sure about what to type in, please contact your host.

It look likes you're trying to connect a database on your local machine or at least to a host in a small private netwerk.
Is that right ?
