Connecting to database!

Hi guys!

Im having trouble connecting to my database on the install part. It's just that my database requires the ip the forum will be connecting from so it can allow access. Any idea what ip SMF uses so i can put it in?

Have a look at this, Installing SMF.

SMF doesn't have any say in the IP, the IP is set by the server your hosting SMF on, when your running through the install most of the time just entering 'localhost' for the database server should suffice.

I allready tried using localhost but it didint work :(

Can you tell us what the exact error that you're getting is? Like "Copy/paste" it?

If you are not sure about what to type in, please contact your host.
Access denied for user 'Neymar_Admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)



And comeon the verification code is so ***** hard to se....
