my site got hacked cause i gave some 1 staff and changed the hole thing

We need more details then that please. What version of SMF are you running so I can move this to where it should be. Also. I guess now you know that you should not give anyone access unless you trust them fully. I'm not trying to be mean but it is a plain truth really. How did they change things, did they boot you out as admin. ???

Well, I don´t know if my site was hacked but it was working as of this morning and when i am back in the evening, the site displays a white page...I spoke to my hosting company and they let me know that the index.php was empty and the backups were empty as well...any ideas what might have happened?
