Hi! I just upgraded to the latest beta version. Sometimes when I try to change my current theme in my profile I get:

An Error Has Occurred!
Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again. 

And sometimes when I try to log into the admin area I get:

An Error Has Occurred!
Session timed out when posting etc..

And when I do get into the admin area I sometimes get that "Done, but with error on the page" error in the status bar and then under "Common Support & Issues" I get:

Retrieving support information....

and under  "Live from www.simplemachines.org... "

Something like "Cannot connect"

These only happen sometimes. Now on my forums everything is working fine, but 5 minutes ago, I couldn't do anything..
  Any ideas?

Sounds like you're having javascript and session issues.... (no duh...)

I recommend closing ALL your browser windows, and then opening them again.  This can usually help solve session problems.

Make sure you've got the latest versions of all the files, especially Profile.template.php and Profile.php.

It seems to be fine now although for newest versions of files:


Instead of saying the most recent it just says "??" This is for the following files:

Default Templates
Display.template.php
Help.template.php
InstantMessage.template.php
ManageMembers.template.php
MessageIndex.template.php
Modlog.template.php
Post.template.php
Profile.template.php
Recent.template.php
Search.template.php
SplitTopics.template.php

Current Templates
BoardIndex.template.php    1.0 Beta 4.1 Public
Display.template.php        ??
index.template.php         1.0 Beta 4.1 Public

Should I re-upload all these files and see if this does anything?

Oldiesmann:
index.template.php and Boardindex.template.php are out of date... Are you using Beta 4.1 Public or Beta 5 Public?
