Can't use the clean installation for the last Public Beta

If you use your own FTP and make sure all the files are writable it won't even ask for your FTP information.

I have changed the permissions for Settings.php and Setting_bak.php to 666 and changed the permissions for attachments, Packages and Themes to 777, but I am also getting ftp installer to change the file permissions and it won't take my correct information.

There are more files.  To be safe, just make ALL files writable.

In many clients, such as SmartFTP, you can select a group of files and chmod them.

I was following the install page, but it still listed 1.0 beta 4 instead of 5.  Is there a new page for 5?
