Fixed... it was because they didn't have a u= in the query string.

And Posting in . was caused by posting a new topic - also fixed.

Hmm posting in . might happen when you preview a new post... not sure if that is fixed yet?

And hidden means you either don't have access to that action, like admin, or you don't have access to view that board/thread.

I fixed it.  It was a typo on my part from the first time I tried to fix it.
