[2.0] Redirection won\'t work

No.Body:
Redirection won't work when directing it to other domain.

Ex :

My site is www.DOMAIN.com

Redirect board to www.DOMAIN.com/FORUM works but when directing it to www.URL.com
then it won't work. 

Edit : and its working now , i didnt do anything  ::)

Use http://website.com/ instead of www.website.com.

the redirection does not pre-append anything. So if you want to go to an external link it needs to be the full link including the 'http://'
