PLEASE HELP -- Former Employee Keeps Screwing with Forum

Hello,

We have a former employee that keeps trying to mess with our forum.    Tonight it happened again, and when I checked the Administration Log, I noticed that there was an Action which read, "Installed version 2.0.0"  , and it was done by Guest!   

I don't understand how this is possible, since only registered users can access the forum.  Please tell me what I need to do to prevent this from happening in the future!

Could be a number of things, but start by changing your host account, FTP, and admin passwords, then upload a clean copy /Sources/Load.php.
