So, what mods do you have that are slowing it down, and have you asked your host about it? (Out of interest, who is your host?)

The absolute worst host known to mankind Cirtex. The level one support always gives incorrect solutions and the level 2's are the only ones that get things fixed

They're probably half your problem, if not more.

Yeah the level one just said theyre retweaking the servers and try later...I'm fairly certain this isnt gonna fix it and the only new mod installed 3 days ago is the ajax post reply/pm notifier
