Remove Hidden feature

How do i remove the hidden feature ?

I don't want any user to have the possibility to set hidden mode, can't find where to disable it....

Well - as an admin you always override hidden anyway... I believe hidden is only shown when an action being performed is not something you can do (for example, here If I was managing the boards you'd see that as hidden whereas another admin would see that as "Managing the Boards"). I'm sure you can remove the hidden just by hacking away a couple of lines in the who.php file but I wouldn't recommend it as it will then show names of hidden topics and boards to anyone
