Hello,

I accidently deleted my database from my webhost and then I got an error :(. I can no longer access my forums :(. ;(...... I have a backup of all the files, so what do I have to do? Do I have to get a new SMF then upload all the files and replace them? Please help I really need it ;(. I spent so much time on my forums and now it's all gone, so how do I fix it? ;(

Thanks!
- Opticblade

Krash.:

Did you delete the database or the forum files?

ApplianceJunk:
Is it a option to contact your host and ask them to restore your site from their most current backup?

opticblade:
My database is the one that got deleted, my forum files are okay. I'm using 000webhost, I will contact them. I'll reply back here if they can't do anything.

Colin:
In the future remember to backup your database as that is more important than backing up the SMF software files since they can be downloaded again, but your database cannot.
